Course Method is a trading name used by an individual seller based in Croatia. That seller is the data controller for everything described here, and can be reached at coursemethodsales@gmail.com.
This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and what you can do about it.

We never see your card details. Payment is processed by Stripe. Your card number goes to Stripe directly and never touches our server. We receive only the outcome, the amount and a reference.
This site records basic page events together with an IP address, so we can see which pages lead to a sale. Our emails contain a small invisible image that tells us the message was opened, and links that pass through our server before forwarding you on, so we can tell whether delivery emails are actually arriving. None of this is shared with advertisers.
You can stop the email tracking by viewing our messages with images turned off. If you would rather we did not record your page activity at all, email us and we will exclude you.
We use a small number of service providers, each processing data on our instructions:
Some of these may process data outside the EEA. Where that happens it is covered by the transfer safeguards those providers have in place, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.
Purchase records are kept for as long as accounting and tax rules require, which in Croatia is generally several years. Analytics events are kept no longer than needed to be useful. If you ask us to delete your data, we will delete what we are not legally obliged to keep, and tell you what remains and why.

If you think we have mishandled your data, please tell us first. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority — in Croatia that is the Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), and if you live elsewhere in the EEA, the authority in your own country.
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
